If you choose to complete the in-app questionnaire, we process your responses to provide personalized habit recommendations and insights. The questionnaire covers areas such as movement, mindset, nutrition, sleep, social connection, and general lifestyle patterns. Some questions relate to mental well-being, stress, or motivation. While such information may be perceived as sensitive by users, it is not classified as special category personal data within the meaning of Art. 9 GDPR, as it is not used to diagnose, assess, or treat any medical or psychological condition. Questionnaire responses and habit-related data are analyzed using automated logic to tailor recommendations to your inputs. This constitutes profiling within the meaning of Art. 4(4) GDPR; however, the profiling is limited to providing non-binding suggestions and does not produce legal effects or similarly significant impacts on you within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR. We therefore do not carry out automated decision-making subject to Art. 22 GDPR. The logic used for personalization is based on identifying general patterns and preferences derived from your responses (such as activity levels or lifestyle focus areas) in order to suggest suitable habits. By default, questionnaire responses, habit content, and progress data are stored locally on your device only. Optional cloud synchronization is provided solely on the basis of your explicit consent, can be enabled or disabled at any time, and is used exclusively to allow backup and cross-device access. Upon withdrawal of consent or account deletion, synced data will be deleted without undue delay, subject to statutory retention obligations. We process this data exclusively for the purpose of providing and improving app functionality and do not use it for advertising purposes or share it with third parties for their own independent use.
When you subscribe to premium features via in-app purchases, we process data related to your subscription status through RevenueCat in accordance with their privacy policy. This data is collected anonymously and does not link to your email address.
We use this data to verify your subscription and grant access to premium app features. We do not store or process payment details directly; payments are handled exclusively by Apple or Google.
